These mushroom taste SO GOOD. However, be aware of how many you take. For reference, I am 5,2 and weigh 122 lbs and two of the mushroom sends me over the moon. As for my bf, he is 5,8 and weighs 180 and he only feels relaxed with two mushrooms. So I think it really depends on your metabolism and body constitution. (if that makes sense) lol

I’ll be honest, I bought these out of bordem, and didn’t have high expectations. But… I can say with 100% confidence that it was worth it. The first time I tried I took two. Around the 40 minute mark I started to feel the affects. My mood was immediately more positive and I started to smile. This only became stronger as it progress the next 20 minutes until it peaked at the giddy, smiley effect I really enjoyed. The effects lasted for at least 6 hours. I also have taken 1 gummies while doing yard work around the house and it gave a nice boost to the productivity and made the time seem to pass by more quickly.
