I was a little i disbelief that this would do anything but heard so many great things that I decided to give it a try. I am only taking 1 daily (not the two recommended on the bottle). I have been taking it for a couple of weeks. What I have noticed is that my recollection of memories is more clear. It’s like something got turne back on. I am over 60 and I had noticed a difference in my memory recollection and forgetfulness. I can say that this has made a difference. May increase to two capsules as recommended later on but for now I am good with the one a day. Usually take it mid-morning. I feel more clear it is hard to explain as I do not have any memory issues but I noticed something positively different.
